Our brief stay at this RV resort, complete with all necessary utilities, was quite comfortable. The plots were flat and spacious, easily accommodating my truck and a 30-foot trailer. The location was peaceful and serene. The staff was amiable and recommended an excellent local Mexican eatery. The cost was fair, and we would definitely consider returning.

We stayed one night on our way to Carlsbad NM. We were in a Class A and didn't use any of the amenities. The power and water were fine. Large dog area although grass is in short supply.

When we arrived we were asked to call. We were text instructions to our site. No office No one in sight! Sites are gravel with lots of overgrown weeds/grass. No showers/bathrooms. No office or store. No playground. There’s an area that looks like a foundation that is all broken up. There is a laundry room. The whole RV park could use a complete overhaul!
