The location of the camping area is excellent, situated directly opposite the beach. The town doesn't offer much in terms of dining options, though there are a few local seafood joints. My single gripe is that we made a reservation for a superior beachfront spot a year prior. A month before our trip, I called to ensure our beachfront spot was still reserved. They said that the specific spots aren't allocated until arrival, but assured me it was a beachfront one. Upon reaching, I was allotted a spot four places away from the beachfront. When I questioned this, I was informed that the beachfront was already booked and no spots are guaranteed. According to their website, the first two spots are superior ones, while the rest are premium. So now, I'm in a premium spot but being billed for a superior beachfront one. When I asked for a refund for the price difference, they declined to refund the $5 per night.

Our family spent the new year at this rv park and loved it. The pool was great. We used laundry and shower facilities as well. Quiet and clean. We will definitely return.

Spotless grounds, bathhouses, laundry. Beautiful beach across st. Much nicer than "other" RV park a few miles east. WW2 museum next door is a must!

We stayed here over the weekend to attend the seafood festival. It’s a very nice resort style campground. We came in the fall so it was a little too chilly to use the pool. We did get to walk on the beach across the road which was nice. We loved it and will return in the summer.

We found this place looking for a campground somewhere in the panhandle to camp after coming down from the mountains of Georgia. There is a lot to like about Carrabelle RV Resort. It is beautifully kept, the sites are large and wide and paved. The pool (saltwater) is a great break from the sound/gulf. Bathhouses are clean and well kept. There is a playground for the kids and is just a pretty quiet overall RV park. St George’s Island is about 20 minutes away which provides a bunch of little shops and restaurants as well as waves for the kids to boogie board. Apalachicola is about 25 minutes away and is full of fun shops and some restaurants. The main negative about the resort is the WiFi. It is “available” but incredibly weak. There is cable tv with about 32 channels which is nice. Cell service was available was it was one bar with AT&T 5G. I would definitely stay here again, I just hope they can improve their WiFi signal for important work meetings.

This is a nice RV resort. Just across the street from from a park and beach access. Site 20 is great, I could see the water from the dinette. Bikeable to a nice downtown area. This is worth the price for a very nice clean park right on the beach.
