We were taken aback when we were denied the ability to dispose of our waste, as we have always relied on KOAs during our journeys. They explained that they are legally required to have a waste disposal station, but it was neither connected nor operational. They suggested that we purchase a spot to enable waste disposal.

This is our third year coming back and I can't tell you how happy we are to come here. The ground's are spotless, The staff are so super friendly and helpful.. They have a beautiful pool a beautiful laundry room area that is kept immaculate. This is by far the best place to stay. We sent our daughter and son-in-law here last year and they had the same experience. They LOVED it.. Hope these standards of theirs NEVER EVER change 😊 **Wi-Fi was exceptional, Phone/TV service was spot on.. never had a problem.👍

We're thrilled to be returning for our third consecutive year. The joy we feel upon arrival is indescribable. The premises are impeccably maintained, and the personnel are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The stunning swimming pool and pristine laundry facilities are just some of the amenities that make this place stand out. It's undoubtedly the top choice for accommodation. We recommended it to our daughter and son-in-law last year, and their experience was equally positive; they adored it. We sincerely hope that these high standards will be consistently maintained. The Wi-Fi connection was outstanding, and we had no issues with the phone and television services.

The best KOA we have ever stayed at. This is a two year old campground. Very helpful staff and exceptionally clean bath houses. Weekday rates for basic was $45 & $55 for holidays.

This is the best KOA that I've stayed in for a long time. We would have loved to have stayed longer. The sites are large by KOA standards (though not as large as State Parks usually). The grounds are immaculate and the people are really nice. They have a small camp store and they have firewood and propane on the property. Our only drawback was that we had to pay $5 for a visitor's pass for my parents to come for about 30 minutes to see our new RV and another $5 for my son to come in when he had to come pick me up while our jeep was not running correctly. We did not use the laundry or bathhouse facilities. If you are interested in a Kamping Kabin, I would recommend the ones in the back of the property over the ones directly at the entrance.

We stayed a week. It was very quiet during the weekdays with only 10 to 12 camper each night. Friday it filled up. Check-in was easy and friendly. The campground is right on the Toccoa River. It is new, clean, and well maintained with great bathrooms. Camp internet was up and down, but we were able to stream tv in the evenings. Nice place we will be back. Local BBQ at Carroll’s is recommended, and it's only a couple of miles away.

We stayed for a few nights back in March, and we absolutely loved this location. You can back in right along the river, or choose to stay in a pull through spot. We plan to stay here again in the future.
