I spent a fortnight in this spacious, predominantly residential RV park located on a bustling county street that becomes peaceful at night. It boasts a vast dog park and swimming pool, along with affordable laundry services. The sites are neat and level, but lack cable connectivity. T-mobile 5G signal is reliable. Wifi is available solely at the park's administrative building. It might not be a luxurious spot, but it certainly offers great worth for its cost.

A top-notch camping site and extended stay park, superbly kept and reasonably priced. The personnel were extremely supportive and well-informed. The cleanliness and functionality of the shower amenities were outstanding.

We pulled in mid day and were escorted to our space- basically a long narrow median (a grassy strip) between two rows of permanent modular homes. It was a pull through and we had plenty of space in both sides. 80% of this park is permanent residents with park models- most have permanent additions built such as screen porches etc and while some are old, they are well maintained. It feels very safe and clean. Nearly all of the residents are retirement age. What we didn’t understand is why the front desk seemed perplexed to find us a big enough space or an available space- when we drive through the campground, the spaces are huge and there were many MANY open spots. So I don’t understand the booking system. Depending on where you park, it can be quite a hike to the bath house or dumpster. The power pedestal did NOT have a breaker switch. Normally we switch power off before plugging in. The site was sloped slightly down a hill- when we auto leveled the rig, our wheels were off the ground. And I saw other rigs that were the same. So be prepared for that. We did not have a concrete pad. It was basically a grassy/sandy field. Definitely not worth $91 + tax. Residents are clean quiet and friendly. You can hear noise from the road but it’s not terribly busy Grounds do have amenities such as shuffleboard, a small pool and pickleball court. We didn’t use those. It has a dump station easy to access. They do NOT offer a military/ Veteran discount which is a crying shame. We would never pay this much for a basic RV park except that most of the parks around The Villages are age 55+.
