Ok in a pinch. Booked here strictly based on the pics on their beautifully done website. Needed a week stay for a family emergency so not much else was available so in that regard we were happy they could accommodate. This campground is mostly contractors and their families so there are many semi permanent decks, fences, storage sheds and lots of work truck and large vehicles scattered everywhere. Bathhouse leaves much to be desired. Two toilets and only one shower and the only separation between them is a short plastic curtain. Funny incident happened when I made poor choice to use said shower…kids came in giggling and turned off the lights and ran. Woman in toilet stall was not amused at all. There is another bathhouse but appeared to be out of order as there were no lights and the cobwebs so thick you’d not be able to get in anyway but it was unlocked. Needless to say if you have your own onboard bath facilities use them. Sites are less private than the bathhouse and very un level. First thing we noticed was the large amount of cinder blocks placed at many sites. Come to realize some owners needed then either to build ramps to level their rigs or as supplementary wheel chocks. Our front end sat on the ground; it was that slanted. Fair warning. Sites are not back to back but so tight that there was another rig only a couple feet off each corner of our rig. We could see into each other’s windows. The surrounding area, Coatesville, is very pretty although this is an expensive place to park. Oh, almost forgot there is a pretty pool but quite packed with children as it must’ve still been summer vacation for them.

We wanted to go to Kennebunkport and this was a close full hook up place. The sites are very close together but asphalt and level. It worked out good for us. Bathrooms were clean and everything seemed fine for what we were looking for. A quick and easy setup. Nice people that run it too
