On the positive side, the trees and plants are beautiful. But at $47 it is expensive for a tight spot. We were assigned site 7. The sewer was on the wrong side of the site, the lid was missing, and it was flooded. The resident, who was helping out while the owners were on vacation, advised not to use it and instead use a dump station on the way out. Still had to pay for full hookups, even though there was no sewer. The site was right at the end of a road, looking down at a gas station and fast food restaurant. The resident advised that though there was WiFi it "tends not to work on the weekend". I can confirm this is true as I was unable to get it to work, even at 12:30 am once I had been awoken by a passing train. Note that the trains pass at a nearby level crossing and blast their horns multiple times as they do.

This park was very conveniently located just off the freeway and a couple of hours from Kings Canyon National Park, which is where we were headed the next day. We rolled in on a Thursday night shortly after 9 pm. We had called ahead to let them know we were a little delayed. Greg was there to check us in and make sure we got into the right site and knew where the hookups were. (We did not need electric or water but we did want to dump our gray and black tanks.) The next morning we realized we couldn't dump our tanks because our hose was too large for the sewer inlet and we don't have an adapter. We are newbies - we've had our camper van for only two weeks and this was just our second time dumping the tanks. Greg kindly provided a hose that we could use and made sure that we were set up right. What a huge help. Thank you, Greg and Audi!

The RV hostess was very friendly, helpful and kind. She gave us excellent directions. The RV site was easy pull through. The other rigs were all clean and fairly new. Did not have Cable TV but hookups were easy to access. Quiet but some freeway sound and train was very close. Alot of horn blowing, and some airplane noise from airport close by.

Near highway 99 but not much road noise. Next to train tracks however. Very nice management. Most occupants here look to be full-timers. but that wasn't a problem. Sites are close together. Has an old look but the facilities are clean and it has a laundry. Works as a stop-over while traveling. $36 with Good Sam is fair.
