An incredibly beautiful location with exceptional hosts.

The Gowan Valley guest Farm was incredible from the moment we arrived, absolutely stunning views of citrus trees, a flowing river, horses and Nguni cows roaming freely, and then we arrived at our gorgeous “glamping” safari tent which was immaculate and complete with all the essentials, all beautifully presented and neat. We had a bit of trouble getting our wood fired hot tub to heat (fire kept going out) but the gracious owners came over themselves to sort it out and it was amazing! We went on a hike, a picnic and went fly fishing all within minutes of our little chalet and had the best family get away we have ever had. Even with a 1 year old baby, the owners provided us with a camp it, high chair and essential breakfast foods (milk, home made bread, eggs, bacon, muesli) all delivered to our door in the morning! We will definitely be back soon!
