The ‘delux cabin’ was dirty and unkempt. The whole place was broken and run down, especially for the price. The staff was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Beware of the cancellation policy!! The place is a scam and a ripoff- nothing like the photos! The supervisor Aaron is an absolute jerk! Good luck finding anyone of actual value that can help with an issue. My cabin smelled like sewage the whole stay- no one was around to help and we kept the door open when we were there. There are plenty of camping areas in gatlinburg- stay somewhere else!

It’s okay not great just okay. It was so so that we actually booked three nights at another place and decided to forgo our money at this one. It was super crowded and not maintained. The bathhouses were disgusting and the grounds were not clean at all. When I got to the site someone had left their black tank gloves and a pile of cigarettes butts and trash. We stayed one night and left. We didn’t trust the cleanliness of the pool either. Do yourself a favor and book at Greenbrier. It’s far away from anything you’ll want to do. Zero cell service except in certain spots and spotting wifi.

We spent a whole week here mid October. First reaction was holy crowd! We got there on a Saturday and it was a Halloween party, the site must've been fully sold out. It was lively but it was also loud. However, this all changed by Sunday night and it only got better by Monday. Most of the weekend crowd was gone including our immediate neighbors. While respectful, I much rather have some privacy so it was a much better experience during the weekdays. We were working remotely during our stay and the free WIFI quality is useless on weekends but decent enough during the week. Sometimes we would have to get a bit closer to the rec room to get better signal so I wouldn't really recommend it if you depend on it to work, certainly not if you need to make video calls. The bathrooms were pretty clean, or very clean I'd say but the private showers not as much. Now the staff was very helpful over all, especially Dale! We had some specific mail needs and they really were courteous and respectful about it and even went out of their way to forward a piece of mail that arrived after our departure. Also, if you forgot something, you can most likely buy it at their convenience store. Otherwise, there is a Walmart maybe about 20 mins away.
