This park was designed and built for rigs that were smaller and shorter. Many of the turns are very tight and the ground is quite soft. There are many sites with concrete pads for rugs and grills but not for RV parking. The electrical system was a little wonky when we were there, ultimately it worked out fine. Overall, the people running the park are trying to make things better, but it needs investment. Starlink was obscured 12%, was still usable but spotty. We camped at Pioneer Village RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Pros -Full hook ups every site -pool/ hot tub lovely -great dog park -staff pleasant, but only saw them at check in. -majority of permanent sites were nice -many English speaking residents were friendly -organized activities seemed well received -good Verizon and ATT connection with Weboost Cons -very tight sites that were difficult to get into -loud train noises -dog poop not picked up throughout park -only one central location for garbage that was very far away from most sites -residents played their music loudly all day long -the park is not located near any beaches or other tourist activities. -most annuals from a different country would not speak to us and gave us dirty looks. This was an interesting week’s stay. It was free with our Thousand Trail’s (Trails Collection) membership. We wanted to come down to Florida a week early and this is what we could find last minute. I wouldn’t describe it as a campground or a resort, it’s a trailer park. The pool and hot tub have resort like qualities, it’s lovely. As far as a campground, there’s no green space. I know “trailer park” has a negative connotation, but some of the permanent sites were nice and neat as a pin, especially in the very back. What I found discouraging about this park was the clear line of demarcation between cultures. One of the many things I love about RVing is the camaraderie. I was repeatedly taken aback when my hellos weren’t reciprocated, or I was given dirty looks for no reason. I realized I took the friendly American RV culture for granted. Regardless, I continued to say hello and smile at everyone whether it was reciprocated or not, and tried not to take it personal, but it did create a negative vibe about the place. Food truck would do so well here. There didn’t appear to be any kind of store here. There’s a Publix right down the street.

$0 reflects TT membership. I would stay here again for free but probably wouldn't pay for it. While some of the sites are a decent size most are rather tight. Navigating thru the park when hooked up is also a bit challenging. The water and electric at mine were behind my site and I had to back up past the rear of the neighbor behind me to get a 50' water hose to hookup. The section I was at was also very close to the railroad tracks which were loud but not as frequent as others. There are a ton of seasonal folks here.

Didn't do much exploring but North Fort Myers is apparently not a nice as Fort Myers. Campground was a ways from any beaches or anything, and the area seemed heavily congested. Had good speeds through ATT on Peplink router.
